When i play your reviews they are blurry usually for the first 30 seconds. Short ones are all the time.

Youtube optimizes video quality depending on internet connection. Further it can increase video quality if internet connection is better than initially expected.
You can manually set video resolution from auto to specific value if you are sure your internet connection is good.
