Hi All,

New Beta version with push and shove router is available here:

To use push and shove router enable "Push Traces" option on the left hand side panel while choosing route trace manually. Real-time DRC and pause routing do not work with push and shove yet, but we plan to integrate them till 5.0 release. Push and Shove does not allow to violate net-class rules, so DRC is actual only if net-class rules violate DRC or if you combine push and shove with free routing modes on single trace.
After 5.0 release we plan to make more interactive routing features based on existing push & shove algorithm - you can suggest and discuss them here:

Other new features are IPC-2581 export and KiCAD netlist import/export.
Via Shielding has been improved, but still needs to be polished.

p.s. 5.0 release is planned within a month.

Awesome news. Been checking for a new update like 2-3 times a week since the last one. This made my week.

On the splash screen issue, this latest version seems to have fixed it although it is still a little weird. On the Diptrace launcher, if I chose the Pattern Editor or the Component Editor, there is no initial splash screen but if I choose "About" the splash screen shows up and is easy to close. If I choose PCB Layout or Schematic capture the splash screen shows up but now I can close them ok. So maybe if you check how the splash screen is not enabled in the first two scenarios, you could find out what the issue is or maybe change the latter two choices to work like the first two choices as far as the splash screen opening or not as it is always available from the Help Menu by clicking on "About".

Are these versions independent? I'd like to test out the new features without affecting the V4 install.

Yes, beta version has different application name, folders, data and registry.
