Yes, I have bought pcb from both Jlcpcb and NextPCB and I find both are good, but NextPCB is more outstanding with no MOQ.

JLCPCB warning. This company has a very thin solder mask. It comes off when reworking and removing solder with solder wick. I have asked them about this and there is no way they will fix the issue
