Schematic and Pcb does not load anymore

Try removing all program data and reinstalling the program on a different drive where the operating system is not installed.
Follow these steps:
- uninstall the program,
After that, manually delete the program settings from:
Registry Editor- Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Novarm (delete folder Novarm)
C:\ProgramData\DipTrace
C:\Program Files\DipTrace
C:\Users\USERNAME\OneDrive\Documents\DipTrace
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Temp\DipTrace
- temporarily disable antivirus,
- install the program on a non-system drive as Administrator,
- add the DipTrace installation folder to the antivirus exclusions,
- run the program.

Unfortunately my laptop (HP Pavilion 15-EG2xxx) does not have a second slot to install another drive. I can only add an external USB drive which is usually not good to run programs from

If your hard drive is divided into several local disks, you can install the program on a non-system disk.

Would 4Gb be enough? I only want to put Diptrace on that partition.

Yes, 4 GB will be sufficient. The recommended system requirement is 2.0 GB of free disk space.

I installed the 32bit version on a separate drive as ADMIN but it made no difference at all.

Don't give up yet;
your OS is Windows 11 on a HP Pavilion, on a drive partition for only DT, but 32 BIT install. The 32 Bit install is suspect.
I have REAL I T associates - will speak with tonight (EST) and follow-up with their comment.

Correct, Win 11 and a dedicated drive for DT. I did try the 64bit version first but it was also faulty in loading. I.E. no change.

Have you definitely completed these steps? This sequence of actions clears the system of all information about the program and allows it to be safely reinstalled.

I just did all of the above again just to make sure that I follow the instructions correctly. After all that (again) it is still the same.
I loaded the 64bit version this time and the Schematics took about 7 minutes to load and the PCB I stop watching after 30 minutes of not loading.
I gave access through the firewall to all the executables and I excluded the drive where I installed DT from the Virus checker (built-in windows)

I noticed the programs do not load from the windows icons anymore. I have to load them from the directory

The PCB eventually loaded after one hour
