HTML BOM with additional column/boxes.

I'm writing to you to ask if there is any possibility to add into HTML file two, able to store text, columns or boxes - "On PCB" and "Batch" or something similar - concept attached.
Reason: I'm working mainly with prototypes and sometimes what is on project's file (column: name) cannot be fulfill in terms of available part number or due to A/B tests etc. Just click , write/scan real part number - done.
Additionally with "Batch" field we will get a very nice tool for tracking (no more Excel ). Of course New batch = new html file but there is no problem with copy master one.

Bill of materials can have as many columns as you need. You can create an additional field in component properties. Then you will be able to add new column in the BOM and show the value of the additional field in this column.

Yes, you have right however I'm writing about html BOM.
Example: I have design, I'm creating html BOM, exporting it. I'm sending it to the technician. Technician has 2D code reader, parts and PCB.
HTML BOM file is open into browser - technician is scanning PCB tracking number or whole PCB batch. This number is visible and stored under "batch" box - on the top.
Technician is going to solder 1st part - for example C8. In the desing, C0603C152K5RAC7867 is intended to use however different part number need to be used. Technician is scanning component's part numer which is also stored into html file under "on PCB" box.
Even if I can add "on PCB" box in component's properties, it does not allow me to write anything into HTML file.
