Why is it not connected?

What am I doing wrong?
if you look left, you see that I connected the GND_CN11 connection to the GND.

but, if you look right, it is not connected to the gnd plane?

does anyone know what I am doing wrong? because it is not only the GND but also the 3v3 and the 5v. So what am I doing wrong?

Please run "Verification -> Check Net Connectivity". It will report the list of broken nets. Select each error to see details, i.e. list of isolated areas. Then find each isolated pad and investigate why it's not connected. You may need to change copper pour properties or create an extra trace, etc.
