How do I change the size of a Heir block on the top level

I have several heir blocks which I see are automatically created, but I don't see how to change their size.
Also, the pin positions seem to be fixed?

I have seen mentions of this issue from 10 years ago, please tell me it's been fixed.

The size of hierarchical block and position of hierarchical pins are created automatically. Unfortunately, it is not possible to resize (increase) hierarchical blocks. We will consider this option in future versions.
If you want to swap position of hierarchical pins, do it on corresponding hierarchical sheet and update hierarchical block(s) after that.
