Availability check not connecting to server

Hi
I am very new here as I just recently downloaded Diptrace to test before I buy. So I am using the free version at the moment.
I tried to do an availability check on any component but I get a server connect error. I attached the error. I am not sure if this feature is available on the free version though.

Hi,
First of all, all editions including freeware are full featured. If something doesn't work this is not because an edition.
Many components are available in standard libraries. So you can browse libraries or use the filter option to searrch for a component in standard libraries.
If you can't find a component in standard libraries, you can search a part at SnapEDA. Registration is required but it's free.

Thanks for the reply but I don't think it is relevant as I am referring to the online availability check with Digikey and other suppliers. Not a library component check.

Please update to the latest version. We fixed the error in 4.3.0.6. It seems you have an older build.
