Strip unused pads from vias / select pad diamater by layer

for high speed designs we need much better control over vias, specifically the ability to set the pad diameter and antipad individually for each layer. a generic option to strip unused pads from vias would also be very helpful

You can right click on a via and select "Hide Via Ring in Layer". It also works if you select multiple vias simultaneously. Or do you want automatic via suppression on unused layers?
Also, I know about back drilling but this feature is not available in DipTrace.
