RS-274x

Hello DipTrace Forum,

A PCB manufacturer is asking for files in RS-274X
format.
Using Diptrace version 4.1.1.0, when the Export
option is chosen from the File menu the options
available are:
DipTrace ASCII
DXF
Gerber
Gerber X2
N/C Drill
ODB++
IPC-D-356A
OrCAD TAP Drill
Bill of Materials
Pick and Pace
Eagle Board
P-CAD ASCII
PADS PCB ASCII 2005
orCAD MIN Interchange
Autorouter DSN

Is the RS-274X available in newer DipTrace versions?

RS-274X is the current Gerber format:

In the Diptrace PCB Layout editor:
File->Export->Gerber...

Hello farley and the DipTrace3 forum,

farley's excellent info is appreciated.

Apparently, the complaint about
submitting the Gerbers in a format not
RS-274x compliant came from an uninformed salesperson.

The first-rate knowledge concerning extended and standard
Gerber is constructive.
