Display Problem

#1 Post by jazzjohn » 21 Feb 2022, 10:50

On my Win 10 notebook with external 24 inch 1920x1080 monitor, the PCB Layout screen looks normal. But when on the 24" monitor, the font gets too big and menu dialog boxes are cut off.

I searched and similar problems had been reported. Has a fix come out?

This problem does not happen with other programs on the system, only with Dip Trace and it makes it unusable.

The monitor is an Asus VG249.

Try to minimize and restore a program window on the 24-inch monitor. This should update boxes and texts.

What is the display resolution in your notebook?

Notebook is 2256 X 1504(Recommended) set at 200%(Recommended) size of text, apps, and other items.

You can make external monitor primary, then start DipTrace program. The window should appear on primary (external) monitor with normal font size.
