New Bus Bug in 4.1.1.0

#1 Post by croudyj » 16 Mar 2021, 02:47

Hi,

I recently installed 4.1.1.0 and I'm getting weird bus behavior where an extra line is spontaneously created on a bus when I'm not looking. Moving it causes all sorts of weird things to start happening. I made a video because it shows the problem more easily than trying to describe it.

I'll attach the relevant part of my project file in the hope that you will be able to repeat the problem and fix it.

Thanks,

John

Thanks, Alex. More information: I was just moving some components on a different sheet and the spurious line appeared on the bus that was not visible at the time. I figured out the action that did it by using undo and redo. It was dragging an unrelated IC.

Hi Alex,

I just installed 4.1.2.0 and this bug no longer happens. I didn't see this mentioned in the release notes. Can you confirm that this has been fixed?

Thanks,

John
