Solder Masks on patterns

#1 Post by dg5267 » 21 Jul 2010, 21:57

I created a solder mask for a component that requires a special mask pattern. I then used the component in a design. The mask is visible on the PCB, but for some reason, it isn't exported to the Gerber file. I verified that the shape property is 'Top Mask' and it is on the correct layer. When viewing the PCB, I can hide and unhide the mask pattern by selecting and unselecting the 'Top Mask' layer. What am I missing?

Are other layers OK when you export them to Gerber? Check that drill symbols is not selected. You can send the file to support (at) diptrace.com and we will check the issue.
