How can I create a single pad consisting of multiple objects?

A few of my components require non-standard footprints. For example, one of them requires a sort of L-shaped pad on the corner of a QFN part. I created the pad using lines and rectangular fills to match the exact datasheet shape. I can't create the shape using a single polygon because I need rounded corners. I also need the paste to be a specific shape, slightly different than the copper on the corner.

How can I get around this issue? I've attached a screenshot below.

Another way is importing from DXF format. This item is in main menu Pattern.
