Importing Eagle Libraries to DipTrace

#1 Post by tubefreak » 27 Apr 2020, 05:05

Just installed DipTrace (windows) and about to make my first pcb ever.
Im trying to import .lrb files to diptrace with this method.

But im getting this error message all the time:

An invalid character was found in text content.

Line: 1

This happens to every .lrb file im trying to import.
How can I fix this?

Please open *.lbr file in a text editor and make sure it is text-based xml format. If the library is in old binary format then you should resave the library in new version of Eagle and retry to import lib file in DipTrace.
