Multipart Component - Error when convert to PCB

#1 Post by PaulNewf » 25 Jan 2016, 09:51

Can anyone tell me how to fix this error?
"Some component pins have similar numbers, so some nets can be merged. Please check out the following pins (Q10.1:G, Q10.2:G)"
and continues for several other pins and parts...

I'm getting this error with several of my multipart components, but not until I go to convert the Schematic to PCB (no errors in verification, etc.).
What am I doing wrong?

My Multipart has two FETs, each with pins name D,S,G, but each FET is set to different pin numbers in the package (1,2,3 versus 4,5,6).
Each FET looks OK in Pin Manager and in Attached Pattern, but I must have something wrong.

Using Diptrace 2.9.0.1 beta.

No idea what caused this.

In the end I cured it by:
- deleting the offending components on the schematic
- inserting them fresh from my library.
Now can convert to PCB OK

I think I figured out what I did wrong: I replaced the parts from the library, without selecting the proper part number.
