Is there a way to save a Hierarchy block as a file or hierarchy library so it can be included in different schematics (and changes to it migrate to all schematics its used in, when schematic is opened/updated).
Bonus if layout of the block on a pcb can also be preserved.
We have many reused circuits, and ensuring latest/best version is used can be troublesome.
If not exist please consider adding as a feature.
((Schematics & layouts evolve over time, and nice if latest/best is available for all boards being updated.))

Hierarchy block save to library for use in other schematics
Re: Hierarchy block save to library for use in other schematics
It is not possible to save a hierarchical block as a file. But you can gather all your hierarchical sheets in one schematic. When you start new design, open copy of the schematic and use the only hierarchical blocks you need.
We considered saving hierarchical blocks in libraries but that would cause big changes in library format therefore we haven't done it.

Maybe a different library just for such blocks, then won't interfere with existing libs. Or even just one block per file, then could be in Schematic or PCB format.
