Assembly variants?

Hi,
How am I able to handle variants of assembly, BOM, components? Is there a general approach to variants in DipTrace?

We plan big changes in BOM export in version 4.1. They are BOM export from PCB Layout, interactive BOM. Also we plan to add assembly variants in BOM and Pick & Place exports.
