Updated Shipping Options, Effective 11/28/17

#1 Post by BayAreaCircuits » 28 Nov 2017, 05:03

We wanted to take a moment to share a quick update regarding some recent changes to the available shipping options when ordering PCBs directly through DipTrace (or PCB Creator). Effective immediately, the available shipping options are as follows:

1. USPS Priority Mail: This option may be selected for shipping to destinations anywhere within the United States and USPS quotes this service as 1-3 business days for transit time, depending on location. If you'd like to estimate exact transit time you can do so at usps.com, using the 'ship from' address as Fremont, CA, 94538. Unless PCBs are oversized, all orders will ship in a USPS small flat rate box. Cost for this service level is $8.

2. Local Pickup: This option may be selected if you wish to pick up your order directly from our Fremont (Silicon Valley) factory. We will notify you when the order is complete and ready for pickup. There is no cost for this option.

3. Other: This option may be selected if you'd like to make other shipping arrangements. We routinely ship with UPS, Fedex, DHL and USPS, so options may include: a. utilizing your own freight account for shipment, b. a custom quote for shipping cost via another carrier or method, or, c. a custom quote for shipping cost outside of the United States. When this option is selected, a member of our customer service team will contact you for additional details. You may also expedite the process by emailing support@bacircuits.com with shipping instructions (be sure to reference the order number in the subject line). Unless you instruct us to use your own freight account for shipment, there will be additional cost incurred for shipping which will need to be collected prior to order processing.

We hope these changes provide an improved ordering & shipping experience!
