Add File/Options menu
In that menu add Default file save/open type
Add Git login information
Add Git to the File drop down.
Or add Git to Save and Open as an option.
Git menu option calls the external command line git application passing passing command line args that can be saved in the Files/Options/Git configuration window

As to the P&S, I will look forward in 2023 for this feature, afterwards perhaps you can deal with adding scripting and a programming API?
These features are made by different programmers, so we can do them simultaneously.
- Push and Shove is made by the 1st programmer - this is the hardest task at the moment. Currently in process, we plan to complete it in 2023.
- XML and Plugin support - 2nd programmer, we plan to combine these features and making partial XML read/write. This will allow you to write plugin on any language and connect with DipTrace via XML (description is already available).
- 3rd programmer just completed large PCB Calculator Tools task, but it needs integration by the 1st programmer yet. His next tasks for 5.0 will be improvements of Simulator and probably version control integration.

Hello,
The main reason of this update is new manufacturer in File/Order PCB (Aisler).
Several minor bugs were found and fixed as well: https://diptrace.com/docs/fixes4_3.pdf

Stanislav

It's amazing that DipTrace is even still being worked on in the current environment, but after all these years of hearing "this feature is under development now" over and over again, I believe it's now time to give up on optimism.

I understand. Developing algorithms can be a challenging and time-consuming process, especially when working on complex features. It's not uncommon for development plans to change as new insights and discoveries are made. It's great that you're dedicated to the task and working hard to deliver a successful solution.

When working on a complex project like this, it's important to maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, especially if there are delays or changes to the development plan. Keeping everyone informed and on the same page can help mitigate any potential frustration or misunderstandings.

It's also important to stay focused and not get discouraged by setbacks. Remember that the process of research and development often involves trial and error, and that it's normal for plans to change along the way. The important thing is to continue working toward the end goal and delivering a successful solution in the end.

Hi All,

We have published 4.3.0.5 update with bug-fixes, the list is here:
https://diptrace.com/docs/fixes4_3.pdf
This update does not include new features, just fixes of known bugs.

Regarding new features and development:
Push and shove is real time killer - there is significant progress, but it is not completed for live-tests or demonstrating results yet. Other features are ready, but we do not want to publish 5.0 without long-awaited push and shove router.
