Question related to schematic

What is the meaning of this rectangle AND round in schematic and artwork ?
see attached photo for schematic and artwork both.
In schematic both out pins are sort.

In the first drawing the "round" might represent a test point. The "rectangle" could be either a net-port/net-flag, a single-pin connector or part of a multi-pin connector. Typically, a test point would have a reference designator with a prefix of "TP" and a connector a reference designator with a prefix of either "J" or "P", depending on gender. Because of the lack of reference designators one is left to assume that the "round" is a test point and the "rectangle" is a net-port/net-flag. As for the "donuts" in the second drawing, your guess is better than mine.
