Copper Plane short between +3.3V and GND

On layer 3 there is a short on +3.3V and GND. I can not find a way to fix it. Only GND should be connected to the 4 thermals.

1) Layer 3's copper pour is incorrecctly connected to "GND". Connect it instead to "+3.3V".
2) Your mounting pads are still force-connected to all copper pours. Do not allow that to happen. As previously instructed, change the thermal settings of the four mounting pads located in the four corners of the PCB back to "Use Copper Pour Settings"...

3) Before running the verification checks, update all copper pours...

Tom I am still struggling with the procedure.
I assume I start with the first picture and follow the arrows, which I did.

However, if I was suppose to start at step 1 and then the pictures then I probably followed it wrong.

Also, the final result I am trying to reach is: Signal layer 1, GND plane that touches the 4 thermals, +3.3V plane only that only touches +3.3V vias, Signal Layer 2.

When I finish your procedure, I end up with 2 GND planes and no +3.3V plane.

I got it now. Thanks for your help. I stumbled through it some how. Ill probably forget how to do it again if I have to do it again,
