There are two "surface mount" packages for this device. The obsolete but still available SM4007W comes in the SOD-87 ("MELF") glass-passivated round package. The SM4007PL comes in the SOD-123FL plastic rectangular package.

DipTrace does have the SOD-87 and the SOD-123 in its "General" pattern library, but the required SOD-123FL is slightly different so you might need to create a custom pattern to cover it.

Checking stock of the SOD-87 (the one I created) at Mouser, they have 0 with min at 5K order, the SOD-123FL they have stock at $0.54 each. I can't imagine why a round surface mount part would become obsolete ...

This is the one google turned up for me: https://www.mouser.com/ProductDetail/Re ... 09TLW7J1iR and it was 80K min.
Must use a very small nozzle on the P&P machine.
