I am a beginner. I want to make a pcb for my project. but i did not find AT89C51, LCD, 24C02C (EEPROM) and optocoupler on DIP TRACE SCHEMATIC. In atmet category i searched for AT89C51 then i found a list but now i am confused which should be chosen.I have attached file too.
I need dual in line package of AT89C51. While doing trial and error i choose AT89C51-12PI and started my work and i took its print out. I just tried to match actual AT89C51 with the print out but holes were not matching properly.
Also i did Manual routing. I am using a single sided PCB. When i tried auto router, it got routed on both sides. So is there any setting to use Autorouter for single sided PCB?

I'm not exactly sure on the answer to the first part of your question so I'll leave that to someone else.
But, to force the autorouter to route only on the one side,
1) Goto Route -> Current Autorouter -- and make sure shape autorouter is selected
2) Goto Router -> Autorouter Setup... -> Setting Tab -> Then at the bottom of this window select the layer which you don't want any routing and in the direction drop down menu select off

You can find the data sheet for the AT89C51 series here.
Packaging information is usually at the end, in this case, on page 15. Any part with a 40P6 case should be the same from DipTrace's perspective, so the AT89C51-12PI part you picked should work. I suspect that the reason that part doesn't seem to match your printout is that the print path itself is not 100% dimensionally accurate. Laser printers are typically off by a few % at least.
It's possible there's an error in the standard library. Just open up the pattern in the pattern editor and check it against the data sheet dimensions on page 16.
