I just realized you have changed the default behavior:
General/BOARD CONFIGURATION/Attachment settings/ Image category settings / Display images inline: to No
This means that every post that has an attached inline image now forces the users to download the image and save it to their local hard drive, open a file browser and find that image then click on that image to view it.
How is this helpful?
Do you understand what a 'Support' forum is for?
I know it is NOT suppose to force the users to spend time downloading images to view support issues then having to spend more time cleaning up the 'support' files and close down the multiple open windows, browser, image viewer, file manager....
