You can edit the pattern in Pattern Editor and convert the shapes to polygonal pads. Then the errors should gone. Right now the shapes touch to nets they are not assigned to connect.

If bus is connected to but connector then it has green dot. Otherwise bus connector is blue. If there are two bus connectors with the same name (on the same or different sheets) then bus connector names are outlined in rectangle. I think U5:V is thermal pad of U5 device. The pad is connected to GND net in spite of it shouldn't. But I may be wrong. If you send the board file I can run connectivity check and see result.

Thank you for the file. I can reproduce the problem in version 4.0.0.5 but we have already fixed it in the beta version 4.1.

You can put your files within DipTrace home folder: Finder > Applications > DipTrace.app > Right-click + Show Package Contents > Contents > Resources > drive_c > users > Wineskin > My Documents > DipTrace Then open any DipTrace program, open library setup and add your libraries to custom library gro...

If busses (on different or the same sheets) are connected to bus connectors with the same name, they should become the same bus. If not, please send your schematic to the forum or DipTrace support.

You can create PCB jumper. It can be a component with two pins and attached pattern with two pads that are normally connected by copper shape.

We investigated your gerber file and did some changes in source codes in order to import the file correctly. The next update will include the fix. If you want, we can import whole set of gerber files for you.
