For now, to work around the problem, you can change the Line Spacing parameter for the multiline text in Properties.

Thank you for the file and for the report. Yes, indeed, there is an issue with solder mask display in 3D for vias. I have created a ticket in our internal bug tracker for the developer’s review.

First of all, please try launching the application via Finder > Applications > DipTrace. Are there any differences in the Gerber export as well? Try changing the graphics mode (View → Graphics Mode).

The listed functions are available only for manual routing.
