novaram44>> I could send you the project. Is there a way to do that privately? I can not share commercial project files publicly. I do not know reasons, but it sometimes just freezes. I do not experience this on small projects.

Re: Upgrading v3.3 to 4.2
If you are happy with v3, I would say stick with it. At least for me (win 7 x64 user), is less stable, while v3 was rock solid. For me v4 made an improvement and I would not want go back. I am working on more and more complex designs and v4 has few features, like dill with offset from the center of ...

PDF Generation with selectable text
It would be really useful to have button to generate PDF with selectable text. It would easier for programmers to use just PDF browser and track which net is connected where without downloading free version of diptrace to open schematics. I make easily readable schematic, but when it extends to 10 A...

Re: DipTrace Team has the question to our users
Standard libraries are great, but I would not put too much effort into that. You have made excellent (I would say the best on the market) for symbols and footprints creation. I would put more effort into adding features to symbols and footprints tools, importers/exporters, stability and performance ...

Re: Stable multi-threading support
If we assume that my hardware is outdated what does system specs of DipTrace mean? "DipTrace supports Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 8.1, and Windows 10. Both 32 and 64-bit versions of Windows 7 and Vista are supported. DipTrace works on Mac OS X (Intel based, XQuartz required) and Linux (with ...

Stable multi-threading support
I have been using DipTrace for several years now and am very happy about it, however recently I have started working on larger projects: 1000-1500 pins, 300-500 components, 4-6 layers and about 1000 vias. Schematic capture works OK for the most of the time, but PCB layout crashes several times per h...

Rigid-Flex PCB
Hello,
I am designing rigid-flex PCB. Flex part is glued to the bottom of the rigid part. I need two top layers (one for rigid PCB, one for flex PCB) and one bottom layer (for flex PCB). Does DipTrace have an option to enable two top layers?
Thanks.
