You may draw pattern in any CAD program, save as .dxf and import to DipTrace.

Select all necessary components.
Right-click on the component (not the pad).
In context menu, select "replace components". In the window that opens, at the bottom, select "selected components".

I use the oscilloscope probe 3D-model to check the placement of test points. Sometimes it useful.

I think the problem is associated with incorrect transfer of the boundaries of the polygon when calculating the offset relate the board boundaries. I will place the points manually.
