Add a section to show part details, similar to how footprint and symbol is shown, when scrolling through parts. For example, show cap values as per image. Bonus of ability to configure what shows.

Seems the 3D view ignores PCB thickness. Per image, pcb set to 0.2mm, although does not change when using any value. This is a recent behavior change.
