While that is cool and all, the Push and Shove feature would be more useful if it also worked for moving traces, not only for drawing new traces. This feels like a major limitation.
Also, it would be very useful if you could move parts with connected traces which would automatically follow without ...

Re: Support for JLCPCB's multi-color silkscreen?
Post like this make me lose my faith in humanity.Roli wrote: 06 Sep 2024, 19:58 @0xdeadbeef, Did you check the page? multi-color silkscreen is only available with EasyEDA.
If you didn't bother to read my initial post, why did you bother to state something so totally pointless?

Re: Support for JLCPCB's multi-color silkscreen?
Did you check the page? I'm not talking about adding one layer with one color. This is about printing multicolor pictures on the silkscreen.

Support for JLCPCB's multi-color silkscreen?
It might look like a gimmick at first, but there are some cases where the multi-color silkscreen feature that JLCPCB offers actually makes sense (e.g. front plates and the like)

Re: Push and Shove Development
Looks promising. I still hope it will also work when moving parts at some point.

Re: DipTrace 5.0 beta
What a bummer. It's the only feature I'm really waiting for since 2.0 or so.Push and Shove Router is the biggest planned feature for 5.0 release, but it is not included in beta yet - debug and integration are currently in process.

Re: IPC-7351 pattern generator fails on creating a 3D model
Thanks, my bad. It's a bit confusing though that "L" exists twice in the IPC-7351 dialog with different meanings. On the left side, it's the pin/leg length, on the right side, it's the pad length.
Anyway, it shouldn't just throw a generic error message for implausible values, should it? I .e. I ...

IPC-7351 pattern generator fails on creating a 3D model
I used the IPC-7351 pattern generator to create a pattern for the Texas Instruments THS7374:
Diptrace IPC-7351 TSSOP14.png
The pattern itself works fine, but I noticed that I didn't get a 3D model in the 3D view of my PCB layout. I looked into this and when a try to preview the 3D model inside ...

Re: Push and Shove Development
Wow, it's finally coming? Looks pretty good in the first demos!
Does this also work when moving a part with several connections like a 16pin header or an TSSOP20?
