How to speed up the downloading process?

To speed up the downloading we recommend to use download managers like ReGet, FlashGet, GetRight, etc. Also the downloaded manager guarantees the program will not be corrupt (“Bad CRC” error).

After downloading I can't start the installation and the error message appeared.

Check and compare the file size. It is possible there was some connection problems while you downloading, use download manager to get the file completely without “Bad CRC“. If the file size is correct please contact our customer support.

How to uninstall DipTrace?

To uninstall DipTrace select “Uninstall DipTrace” from the “Start / All Programs / DipTrace” menu. Also you can uninstall DipTrace from “Add/Remove Programs” dialog box of the Control Panel.
