We did vias without holes in the beta version to get smaller VRML file. Otherwise the 3D file is very big.
We will consider to add user-defined option in 3D export.

If i pour a cooper pour and select GND as net, and select Unpoured i still see the ratlines, if i select poured the ratlines disappear. How can i make them disappear even if the cooper is unpoured?

I think that is part of the feature of the beta.
I think a lot of people wants an option to not to show the ratlines when it's not poured.
On previous version, I would used hide net ratlines which hide every ratlines for an entire net.
But, anything out of that particular copper pour would be hidden too in this case. Works as long as you do a net check at the end of the day. :)

Hiding net connections was in version 2.2, but we locked it in the beta version. We will return the option in stable release (or maybe earlier).
