Hi,

is it possible to change the default RefDes position in component editor?
I made an 1 Pin connector and want to place multiple among each other, so i cant place them closer together because the RefDes is always at the Top of the component.

You can move Refdes in Schematic. You can also specify default position of RefDes using "View/ Part Marking/ Main (or Additional)/ Justify.

After selecting the component, press F10 and then you can select (click on) the RefDes text and move it around through drag and drop. While you drag it you can rotate the text in 90 degree steps by pressing the space bar.
