Schematic pattern outline?

#1 Post by G0ECI » 17 May 2017, 11:46

Hey folks ...

Can anyone suggest schematic patterns for these few basic components I've attached?

Two pot's and a phono socket?

I can't identify them from the schematic library?

Thanks ...

For the RCA phono jack try searching the "Con RCA Jacks" library for what looks like Keystone part number 972. Do you know the manufacturer for the trimmers?

Thanks for the reply Tom...
I don't know the manufacturer, but the larger trimmer's pin dimensions are 5mm pitch (track) and 10mm track to wiper (if that makes sense?)

The larger trimmer looks like it could be made by Piher and is part of their PT10 series (PT10LV10, PT10MV10, PT10GV10 or PT10KV10). There doesn't seem to be a pattern for these in the standard DipTrace libraries. There is a Bourns pattern that comes close (3309P), but it might be a tight fit for the pins. The Piher datasheet calls out a pad hole size of 1.3 mm +0.1 (max = 1.4 mm). The Bourns pattern in the standard DipTrace libraries has a pad hole size of 1.2 mm, but its datasheet calls out 1.2 +/- 0.18 (max = roughly 1.4 mm). Do you have a photo of the other side of the smaller trimmer?
