Since I will never ever remember F10 is the move tool short cut where exactly is the move tool in the menu
---
Windows is a 64 bit extension to a 32 bit graphical shell for a 16 bit patch to an 8 bit operating system originally coded for a 4 bit microprocessor, written by a 2 bit company that can't stand 1 bit of competition. :D

I also had trouble finding the "Move Tool" but finally succeeded. However, I am unable to rotate the "Markings" , either by using the "R" key or the "Space" key
In fact, I have been unable to rotate the "Markings", no matter what I tried, including the "Tutorial" text. Any ideas anybody ? Thanks. Andre

Activate the Move tool (F10), grab and hold the desired component marking with the left mouse button and press either the [Space] bar or "R". You will notice that only two angles are possible when rotating markings.
