Knowing which components are using which size holes?

#1 Post by spinnaker » 04 Feb 2017, 11:26

I mill my own PCBs. Often when I want to export the drill file I want to make adjustments on holes. Perhaps making two for the near size the same size to avoid tool change. It is a pain to have to look at the pad properties for each of the components. Is there a way to get a table of each component's pad hole size or at least search for the size? Something easier than looking at pad properties.

Try the following: File->Layout Information->Holes(...)->Show on Board. You can select hole by size and see them on design area.

Excellent! Thanks!

Why is there a difference between .035" holes and .035" holes? All properties seem to be the same but I have 2 sets of entries with the same size.
