DipTrace can export NC drill files in metric or imperial units. In milimeters, format is 4:2. In inches, format is 2:4. Please check what format of NC drill files accept your cnc machine.

i check the website,
i find this line "allows direct processing of Excellon or Sieb&Meyer drill data or HP/GL data for the PCB production "

dont know it help or not.

but i am using 'bungard' cnc milling machine.
the software used is route pro.

here is the link to the software:

For this matters, it should be import format incorrect ;
You should remember the format when you export NC drill , it like as format Inch ,2:4 leading; or Metic , 3:3 trailing ; etc.
So you can setup the same format as export when you are importing
