How do I find the templates please.

FYI. I screwed up by installing the 32 bit version on Windows 7 Pro 64 bit but I then uninstalled and installed the 64 bit version.

Please make sure that two files (pagestand.dat and stamps.dat) are present on you machine. They can be found either in "C:\Users\All Users\DipTrace\Data\" or "C:\ProgramData\DipTrace\Data\" folders.

I have the files in a 'Data' folder in location C:\ProgramData\DipTrace\Data

What now?

For version 2.1+ all files should be in "C:\ProgramData\DipTrace\Data\" and they are installed when you install the program. Please check and if files are not there, then something was going incorrectly during installation. Also notice that you should install program with administrator rights, for running program user rights should be ok.

Do I have to uninstall to reinstall? If I do, what will happen to my full license? Do I need to protect libraries and design files?

It is not necessary to uninstall previous version, you can install over it.
License will be ok - reinstalling should not turn this, if something will happen and program request registration key, just enter your registration data again (no on-line activation needed).
I would recommend to store your own libraries, especially if you added components to standard libraries.

I reinstalled as administrator. The only option available in the drop down under tiles and sheet setup is 'none'. I can select page size, set up a border, and create my own title block but I could always do this.

Maybe it's a bug in the 64 bit version?

It's strange. I don't know why you can't get sheet templates.
Please copy pagestand.dat and stamps.dat files to "C:\Users\All Users\DipTrace\Data\". I am not sure that this will help, but let's try.

DipTrace still cannot find the Sheet Templates.

What is your current version? Have you admin rights on the machine? If you haven't, please try to install Diptrace from admin account.
What suggested locations do you mean? The files should be in 'C:\Users\All Users\Application Data\DipTrace\Data' folder, but regular user has no access rights to some folders on system drive.
