I use cutepdf to create output result since I have no printer at home. When I check on printed layout on paper, I find that the dimension is reduced, example 16mm capacitor become 15mm, 10.5mm resistor become 9.5mm. For discrete component, I don't find it as a big issue, but for IC such as 24DIP, it becomes a serious issue. The legs moved from the socket so I can't fit it.

I want to attach pdf file but it's not allowed

Thanks

You can send files to support at diptrace dot com. But before you do it, please open print preview and check print scale and calibration settings.

Just do your suggestion and it works great. But how to change the default scale? Since I always get 104% scale.

"Scale" and "Print Scale" are different options.
Default value of scale depends on sheet size in printer setup, software accommodates scale to show whole sheet on your display. But the option doesn't affect printing.
Default value of print scale is 100%, but it remembers value defined by user.

The size of the sheet depends on the default setting or user setting.

i'm not familiar with cutepdf interface. There should be settings in the dip trace prior doing the printing to pdf.
