I have a schematic that contains two types of 10uF capacitors. One type fits in a CAP_1206 pattern, the other type fits in a CAP_2220 pattern. However, when I create a BOM, it groups both types together on the same line and assigns them all the CAP_1206 pattern.
Any ideas?

When you export a BOM, please check "Table Rows" option. Probably, you have "Type and Values" now. But if you have components with the same type and values but with different patterns, you should rename component types to solve the issue. For example, rename component types to CAP_1206 and CAP_2220 (from component properties).
