I find there is some odd behavior with 2.2, but this is old behavior from older versions also. At seemingly random times, but typically when something like a copper pour is selected, when trying to zoom in or out, instead the complete pour, or other object moves up or down with each scroll click.

I Have what might be a related problem. Periodically my scroll wheel just stops zooming. I'm in the "default" cursor mode, but no zoom.
