Buggs to unisntall

Hello, :D

Is anyone can explain me how uninstall the freeware version, because I can't via windows panel, it says it is already uninstall.

I wanted to uninstall and re install because in Schematic Capture the verification is not working anymore.

I sent two message to DipTrace, but no answer !!! and on there site there phone number are wrong

We did reply you twice. Please check our emails, they might be in spam box of your email client. Or login in DipTrace support portal to see status of your ticket.

Anyway, you can uninstall DipTrace as any other application (open Windows settings or control panel, find application list, select DipTrace and uninstall it. If some files remain after uninstalling you can delete them manually. Please open a folder where DipTrace has been installed (usually C:\Program Files\DipTrace) and make sure the folder is empty after you run un-installing process.

Unfortunately, we can't read the warning on French language. We can help if you translate it to English.
