While replacing each part of a multi-part component, the Manu and Datasheet fields are cleared on every part except the first ("Part 1").

This still happens in version 3, too.

I can't confirm the problem. Could you describe step by step how to reproduce the issue.

Except first part? How it is possible? Can you show us screen shot?

Here is how to reproduce the failure...
1) Place a complete component (e.g. DipTrace-supplied Fairchild 74AC04SJ) onto a blank schematic sheet.
2) Right-click on U1.2 (second part of component) and select Properties... in the pop-up menu.

Pass: In the Component Properties dialog window, the Manufacturer and Datasheet fields are populated (see figure-1).

3) Close the Component Properties dialog window.
4) Right-click on U1.2 (second part of component) again, select Replace Part... in the pop-up menu and select OK to replace with an identical part (see figure-2).
5) Right-click on U1.2 (second part of component) one last time and select Properties... in the pop-up menu.

Fail: In the Component Properties dialog window, the Manufacturer and Datasheet fields are not populated (see figure-3).

You do not have the required permissions to view the files attached to this post.
