On other systems I spend a lot of time creating nice empty annular spacing rings around circular Pads, usually different spacings than the global pad to plane setting, could this become a settable parameter, similar to my other post?

I do a lot of Analog Circuit layouts so these kind of features are important to me.

If you want that annual ring for pads of specific net will be different than for other nets, enable option "Use net clearance" in copper pour settings.
