I wish this was available now, but glad to at least hear this is still alive and on the Diptrace crews' to-do list.

Looking forward to future releases with this much-needed feature added!

I know this is an annoying million dollar question, but....are we perhaps looking at short term a couple months? Or a year+?

I'll add my vote to this request. Last month I had a PCB manufacturer make a DFM request that I add fillets in the sharp corners where a track meets a pad or via and I was unable to do it. For completeness, this would also be available as an option for where copper floods connect to vias on the same net using thermals; the connection to the thermal would also use a fillet to prevent the sharp internal shape which is (apparently) an acid trap.
