Multiple pin numbers

#1 Post by arco » 26 Mar 2017, 04:26

Is it posible to add multiple pin numbers to one pin in component editor?
I tried "pin number: 42,33,12" in pin properties, but that doesnt work...

No, it is not possible. But you can link few pads to single pin when you attach a pattern to component. Link one pad by pad number, then drag extra connection(s) from already linked pad to another pad.

This would be very nice for a component like SSM6J512NU,LF. It is a MOSFET with S, D, G symbol pins, but the package has 8 pins. For debug (as well as completeness) it would be nice to have those pins show on the schematic. If I have missed a way to do this, please let me know.

Use @ for pins of the same name in pattern editor

Alex, Please look into updating this forum software, drag and drop really does work...
