Hi

I was wondering whether anyone has this component in their library or is able to give me some pointers on how to make it. :D

The part is MRF150, MRF151, BLF177, SD2931 MOSFETs. The case style seems to vary amoung manufacturers but it's the same pin configuration and size, SOT121B, M174 & CASE 211–11, STYLE 2.

Thanks.

I would suggest to to copy one of existing N-channel mosfets from standard libraries to custom one, then just rename the component.
Regarding attached pattern, you will probably have to create your own pattern because there is no such pattern in standard libraries.

OK thanks Alex, I am still unsure of how to make the pattern and cut out.

Here is what I am hoping to achieve.

Hi,

You should create custom pattern in Pattern editor. I think you should use polygonal pads and board cutout shapes for this pattern.
For the cutout, select "Board Cutout" layer from drop-down box, then choose shape (arc or line) and add it on design area. Obviously, you should use few shapes to complete the cutout.

I can't see a way of doing it with circles easily.

Anyone want to draw it for me? Perhaps it should be added to the library as it's a very common part for the Ham radio guys.

Try to read DipTrace tutorial for a start. If you have any problems with creation the pattern, you can ask questions here.

I have added these transistors in to-do list for our library designers, so the parts may be added in the foreseeable future.
