Pad is defined as through hole, but pads only on top side.

How do i fix?

For a single pad
Go to the layer where the annular ring is missing, right-click on the through-hole pad and, in the pop-up menu, uncheck Hide Pad Ring in Layer.

For all pads of a component
Go to the layer where the component is placed, right-click on the component and, in the pop-up menu, select Show Pad Rings in Layer.

Thank you but that only works on the layer 1 (top), 2 and 3. The bottom layer stays with not pad with or without "hide pad rings in layer" set. See attached picture.

Alex Mihailenko of the DipTrace Team solved it. Here is what he said

"This is because bottom layer has plane type. Please open layer setup, select bottom layer and change it back to signal type. This will solve the problem.

With kind regards
Alex Mihailenko

Try right-clicking on the pad and selecting Pad Layers... in the pop-up menu. All layers should be active. If not, highlight all of them and select OK...

Thanks for the solution. That's a good thing to know.
