Don't you have Route Keepout shapes to make the bigger gap around your big center conductor trace? If so, I would have expected you would see little orange squares for those. Plus, I see a little larger orange squares for the corners of components and for board points on the corners of the board outline.

I think I have default settings for viewing things.

When I originally made this board a couple of years ago I didn't know about keepout shapes.
I made the bigger gaps in the conector by making the pad and trace larger, doing the pour, then setting the pad and trace sizes back down.

Looks like the reason is more complex than I thought, so we need the file to investigate it. If it is not possible to provide us with complete file, you can remove all unnecessary things from it and keep only copper pours and objects in area with incorrect gaps.
